It’s worth mentioning that the teaching system in European universities and colleges is quite different from what students might be accustomed to in Iranian high schools. Academic progress in this system is based on extensive studies in calm environments, such as libraries.
Some students may not be familiar with this teaching method, and they might wrongly believe that the professors are not good because they do not establish direct communication with them or make comments like this. However, please remember that it is these students who need to adapt themselves to the educational systems of universities and colleges, not the other way around.
For this reason, it is recommended to set aside the expectations of extra tutoring classes, high school-style teaching, and non-profit high schools that offer special services. You are now entering a new phase of university education, and you should not give up on any effort.
