We provide excellent computer services to our students. In the libraries, there are computer workstations, rooms filled with computers with open access, as well as areas where students can use their laptops, all of which provide constant and extensive internet access.

The university’s internet network offers students specialized websites, email, online library services, file storage, and other support services, including printing facilities.

All rooms in our student dormitories provide students with open access to the internet for their own computers.

University Library:

The National and University Library in Debrecen operates as an integrated library system, consisting of the following collections: National and General, Humanities, Sciences, Biological Sciences, Agriculture and Technology, Education, Economics, Law, and Music.

This library, as the second-largest in the country, makes its collections of nearly 6 million documents available to university personnel and students when they are in any university library.

Sports Facilities

Our students have the choice of 23 different sports activities. A modern swimming pool, a modern gym, and modern football and tennis fields ensure that everyone can find the most suitable activity for their leisure time.

Recreation and Entertainment Facilities:

Those studying at the University of Debrecen will always follow a program close to their interests because the university offers the broadest sports network.

There are several clubs, the TriA Café, and the university’s largest party held in the largest central European student center in Lovarda on Thursdays.

The distance of these dormitories from the city center and the Great Forest is 15 minutes and 5 minutes on foot, respectively.

Both buildings are surrounded by a park where dormitory residents can study and relax in a beautiful and pleasant environment. This park is surrounded by stairs and fruit gardens.

At the top of both buildings, there is a rooftop area with several benches. The student apartment dormitory located near the university’s main area can accommodate 300 guests.

These buildings are constructed using modern technologies, and most apartments have one room, with some two- and three-room apartments available.

Each unit is equipped with a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, and dishware, a study room, a bathroom and toilet, a hall, and a balcony.

Each apartment is fully furnished and includes a telephone line, a television, and internet access.
